SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please note that during sales and holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly extended. We kindly ask you to allow an additional 24–48 hours during these busy periods. Thank you for your understanding.

Quality is everything to us, and we never compromise it for the sake of speed. If you have a special occasion or need your order urgently, please let us know in advance so we can do our best to prioritise it and ensure it arrives in time.

UAE DELIVERY

Standard Delivery

  • Dubai: 24 - 48 hours from the time your order leaves our studio
  • Other Emirates: 2 - 3 working days
  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and parcels may be left in a safe location if you're unavailable
  • Free for all orders over 250 AED

Express Delivery

  • Same-day delivery within Dubai, order cut-off time before 2 pm
  • Flat rate of 40 AED for same-day delivery
  • We do not guarantee delivery on weekends or public holidays

GCC DELIVERY

  • Delivery within 3–5 working days
  • Flat rate of 130 AED
  • This rate excludes customs duty, VAT, and any other import charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We are unable to advise on duty thresholds or rates for other GCC countries, as these are determined by local governments and vary by item and value

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

After selecting your personalised pieces, please contact us for an international shipping quote. Costs depend on the weight and size of your order, and transit times vary by destination.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, though delivery can occasionally take longer. Please allow up to 15 working days from the date your order leaves our studio.

International orders may be sent via local mail services and might not include tracking. Where a trackable service is used, your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link.

Please note: unless stated otherwise, all items ship from the UAE and may be subject to duties, taxes, or other charges upon entering your country. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient - we are not able to cover or advise on them, as thresholds and rates vary by country and are set by local governments. If charges are due on delivery, our courier will contact you directly to arrange payment.
